EMS 1122 - Introduction to EMS Systems

This course introduces the student to the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) systems, roles, and responsibilities of the paramedic, well-being of the paramedic, illness and injury prevention, medical/legal issues, ethical issues, therapeutic communications, and life span development.
