The College holds true that there is a direct correlation between the quality of one’s health and his/her capacity to learn and function well in society. MCC’s physical education courses promote personal wellness, which transcends curricular considerations, and is rather a lifelong goal for everyone. Thus, the College strongly encourages students to enroll in a physical education course as a degree plan elective.
